Here are some helpful tips for preparing for your Mammogram:
- Avoid the use of deodorant, powder or lotions prior to attending your mammogram appointment.
- Wear a 2-piece outfit so that you will only need to disrobe from the waist up to change into a mammography gown.
- When scheduling an appointment keep in mind that a typical breast screening lasts about 30 minutes from beginning to end.
